Telepsychiatry Setup Consultation
If you're ever considering going on your own and setting up your own telepsychiatry practice, we provide services to help you do so.
For $300.00 an hour, we provide consultation by phone or Google Meets where can go over the basics of what is needed to set up your own practice with personalized advice based on your situation.
A typical consultation includes advice on:
Discussion of your goals and how we can best tailor your practice to meet them.
Development of consent and privacy forms
Selection of appropriate video conferencing software
Personalized recommendations for medical record keeping, from EMR software to paper charting
Marketing strategies
Optimization of workflow
This consultation does not provide specific advice regarding legal aspects such as setting up PLLCs/corporations, billing, insurance credentialing, Medicaid/Medicare payment, or accounting practices.
Telepsychiatry Setup Services
For $500.00 an hour, we can take a more active role in helping you set up your practice.
Services include discussion of topics covered in a consultation service and adds the following:
Customized templates of forms including consent forms, lab slips, superbills, billing ledgers, face sheets, and letterheads
Initial setup of video conferencing software and EMR with note templates
Logo design with business card templates
This service cannot provide in depth troubleshooting for issues that need to be addressed directly with software used for your practice. The same limitations for our consultation also apply for these services.
